Welcome to my Website!

Therapy is a very personal and important step towards creating the life you want and deserve. I take great care to make sure my interventions are both scientifically sound and best practices.

I enjoy doing work with couples and use the Gottman Method to help couples work through difficult issues in their marriage.

I also enjoy Individual therapy, focusing on trauma, psychological illness and self-growth. I have experience with clients of all ages, gender and psychological disorders.

I am trained in EMDR (eye movement and desensitization reprocessing) for PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) and have worked with many suffering from trauma.
